Gary Moore’s Still Got the Blues For You is my favorite blues song of all time. Gary’s lyrics and solo work on that song have stuck with me for over two decades. Do No More was the first song I recorded for the Drive album. I wanted to write a blues song that combined real emotion and a BIG guitar sound. Gary recorded that album using a Les Paul played through a Marshall Stack. The result was a HUGE sound that just melted my face. Do No More is my shot at this rarified air. The lyrics are deeply personal and I play my solo using my favorite electric guitar, a Gibson 1957 Reissue Black Beauty Les Paul Custom with 3 pickups
